Cheng Zou

Mr. Cheng Zou is the Managing Partner of SV Tech Ventures, overseeing SV Tech Fund V since 2023.

 

Cheng Zou is a successful entrepreneur, innovator, and investor in enterprise software, cloud/SaaS, revenue operations, and AI applications. He's passionate about advancing AI to enhance SaaS value in enterprises and helping startups scale in technology and operations.

 

His career began at Oracle & Remedy in the 1990s, where he contributed to building CRM platforms and applications. In the early 2000s, at WebEx, Cheng led a team that developed the first cloud-based order-to-cash solution, crucial for WebEx's billion-dollar subscription business.

 

Co-founding Zuora as CTO, Cheng played a pivotal role in its global expansion and growth, establishing Zuora as a leading SaaS platform for the subscription economy.

 

Furthermore, Cheng co-founded and invested in Nue.io, a startup focused on revenue life cycle management solutions, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to driving innovation.
